HOW TO INTEGRATE
DETERMINING THE CURRENT STATE OF THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM…
How to Integrate ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
It is vital to determine the starting point and the current state of your management system and to define what needs to be achieved. When possible, it is best that the Standards are implemented simultaneously, following the PDCA cycle that is built into these IMS. You should start with the requirements for determining the context (see our SWOT & PESTLE templates) of the organisation for all three standards and move step by step through to the continual improvement clause.
Standards Based on Annex SL
All these Standards are based on Annex SL. What is this? All ISO management system standards will now have the same clause headings and core text. This increases alignment and makes it easier to implement multiple management systems. It recognises the complex world we do business in and that no two organisations are exactly alike. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 55001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301 all use (or will soon use) this structure.
Procurement Process, Good Enough?
Will your Procurement Process be good enough? Do not allow it to let you down. All organisations require processes for procurement of products, contractors and outsourcing (outsourcers). Contractors have to conform to the organisation’s IMS, whereas outsourcers need to achieve the intended outcomes of the IMS. How can clients ensure they do so?
